How to choose the right bra cup size

If you do not know your exact cup size, there’s no need of being ashamed about it. Research shows that majority of women still do not know their accurate cup size. We will tell you how to choose the right bra cup size. Follow these easy and simple steps to know your bra size at home.

·         BAND SIZE
The first two things that you need are a long mirror and a measuring tape.

Wrap the tape around your breasts in such a way that it is neither too tight nor too loose.
While measuring, if an odd number comes, all you need to do is round it off to the succeeding even number. For instance, if the measurement received is 33 or 33.5, the accurate size will always be 34. Or, if you arrive at 35, you can try both 34 and 36, depending also on your cup size.

·         CUP SIZE
Wrap the tape comfortably around the fullest part of your breast.

A simple trick is to measure at the nipple level. This will obviously lead you to know the accurate number.

Once you know the number, you need to round it off to the nearest preceding or succeeding the whole number.

Make a note of this number.

The final step is the subtraction of this cup size from the band size. The difference in the inches that you get will be your cup size.

Going through these guidelines will invariably tell you how to choose the right bra cup size.

Bridal Bustiers

Brides come in all shapes and sizes, and so do wedding dresses, and unsurprisingly, so does shapewear for wedding dresses. There is a wide variety of shapewear to choose from and almost all of them can be customised fairly easily to suit each wedding’s individual themes or needs. This customizability is why shapewear is common at weddings. The best option for most prospective brides to be is to invest in a good, fitting bridal bustier.

Although shapewear can be purchased online, and quite easily at that, it is absolutely worth it to go to a store to try out different shapes, sizes or brands of bridal bustiers. Given that it is meant to be worn under a wedding dress, experts recommend that the user bring the dress or gown along with her when she goes to a store. Under extreme cases, it is possible to layer bridal bustiers to make the wearer look impossibly thin, although this is not recommend as it becomes impossible to enjoy the wedding if the user is being squeezed.

These items are made in a manner that makes it extremely convenient for the user to clasp and unclasp the bustier when required, as they have hooks. Bridal bustiers are usually inexpensive and easily affordable. This price further goes down during summer sales. Different items have different levels of designing on them, so if a bride prefers an intricately embroidered item over a plain one, she will find multiple options along those lines.

Bridal Low Back Bras

To a bride, everything is scary as her wedding day approaches. There are so many options to choose from for everything, and it can all get very overwhelming. A wise man once said that the more choices we have, the unhappier we get. He was onto something.

One of the biggest nightmares of a bride is to be unable to find undergarments that suit her skin tone and complement her dress- which more often than not is an off shoulder or a strapless dress. This is where they opt for
bridal low back bras. These versatile bridal low back bras can be adapted to both kinds of dresses.

The bras are stitched in a way that they can be worn and removed easily. They are also very comfortable to wear and come with adjustable straps that allow the bride to choose how low she wants the back part of her bra to be. These have to be carefully picked out to suit the wedding dress, as no matter how beautiful the dress is, if the undergarment clashes with it, the overall effect is rather underwhelming.

Dress fittings are absolutely essential for this. Women must go for as many dress fittings as possible and ensure that they convey their expectations for the dress to the person helping them out. The key to avoiding the dreaded camera flash is to ensure that the clothes are chosen according to what matches the skin tone of the wearer.
